Just a quick update for anyone who had their property valuation change this year, or if you know anyone who has.
I finished updating all the property and sales data over the weekend and brought the site back up for those of you who might need it for your valuation protest research. Head over to Lancaster Property Search to search for your property comps and recent similar sales. If you run into any issues with a property number let me know and I can look into it.
